Solana Non-Vote Transactions Reach Record Levels
According to reports from Cryptobriefing and U.Today, Solana non-vote transactions experienced a dramatic 104% surge during the third quarter of 2026, reaching a total of 8.92 billion. This significant increase demonstrates substantial activity across applications, automated systems, and various users on the layer-1 blockchain.
The latest figures represent more than a doubling of network activity compared to the final quarter of 2025, where the blockchain recorded approximately 4.38 billion transactions. On a quarter-over-quarter basis, Q3 activity grew by about 24%.
Network Infrastructure and Market Response
Non-vote transactions are essential for evaluating blockchain engagement because they exclude consensus-maintaining validator votes. Instead, these transactions capture token transfers, trading, and decentralized application interactions.
Solana co-founder Anatoly Yakovenko acknowledged the milestone on social media. Meanwhile, the network's native SOL token traded near the $104 level, while market participants continued to monitor broader trends, including stablecoin volumes on competing networks like TRON.
