Blockchain.com has launched TRX options to simplify user exposure to the TRON ecosystem via its global platform.

Blockchain.com Introduces TRX Options
Digital asset platform Blockchain.com has introduced TRX options, bringing simplified access to the native utility token of the TRON network. According to NewsBTC, the product is available through the Blockchain.com Trading Account and its consumer app in eligible jurisdictions, designed to streamline workflows that have traditionally been more complex.
TRON Founder Justin Sun noted that the integration expands access to the TRON ecosystem through an established global platform. Taro Ugen, VP of Consumer at Blockchain.com, stated that TRX was a natural addition to the platform's options lineup due to the scale of the network and its global user base.
Growth and Scale of the TRON Network
The TRON network remains active globally, reporting more than 411 million total user accounts and 15 billion transactions. Cumulative transfer volume on the network has exceeded $30 trillion, according to network data.
Additionally, TRON maintains a prominent role in stablecoin settlement activity, hosting over $94 billion in circulating USDT. As of October 2026, TRON DAO figures indicate that the blockchain has recorded over $27 billion in total value locked.
Recent Expansion of TRON Infrastructure
The options rollout follows several other milestones intended to expand institutional and retail access to the TRON ecosystem this year. These developments include the debut of the Canary Staked TRX ETF, native TRX staking via Anchorage Digital, and tokenized fund launches.
Furthermore, TRON assets have seen broader integration through offerings such as Hamilton Lane’s tokenized Senior Credit Opportunities Fund on TRON via Securitize. TRX has also been included in the S&P Pantera Digital Asset Index, widening its exposure across different financial products.
