Crypto Price Today: Bitcoin and Ether Remain Stable; Most Altcoins Record Gains

On foreign exchanges, Bitcoin (BTC) is priced at $60,973 (approximately Rs. 51 lakh).

As of Tuesday, August 20, the cryptocurrency price chart shows that most digital assets have experienced gains. Bitcoin saw a 3.5 percent increase on international platforms like CoinMarketCap, while it faced a 3.05 percent decline on Indian exchanges such as Bitbns. On foreign exchanges, Bitcoin is trading at $60,973 (around Rs. 51 lakh), whereas on Indian exchanges, its price ranges between $54,322 (about Rs. 45.5 lakh) and $64,417 (roughly Rs. 54.02 lakh).

“Bulls are showing their strength as Bitcoin’s market dominance reached 56 percent. This occurred after Tron’s founder, Justin Sun, suggested in a tweet that China might be lifting its ban on Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. However, the primary driver of this surge is attributed to the US dollar regaining some ground against the Japanese Yen,” noted the CoinSwitch markets desk to Gadgets360.

Ether (ETH) experienced a slight drop of 0.69 percent over the past 24 hours on Gadgets360’s crypto price tracker. Consequently, ETH’s price stands at $2,463 (approximately Rs. 2.06 lakh). Conversely, on international exchanges, ETH is priced at $2,664 (around Rs. 2.23 lakh), having seen a modest gain of 1.23 percent over the last day.
