Galaxy Digital recently released its financial results for the quarter ending September 30, marking the first full period of operations for its AI data centers under the Helios I, Phase I lease with CoreWeave according to Cryptoslate. The company reported $79 million in leasing revenue for the segment, driven by the delivery of all 133 megawatts of critical IT load by the end of the second quarter.

While the operating contribution from the AI data-center lease operations generated $69 million in adjusted EBITDA, the Data Centers segment still recorded a net loss of $435,000. Galaxy noted that the financial figures highlight both the scale of the new earnings stream and the accompanying financing burden of its ongoing expansion.

The broader corporate results showed consolidated net income reaching $323 million for the third quarter. The Treasury & Corporate division generated the majority of the group recovery, producing $348 million in net income and $395 million of the group's $455 million in adjusted EBITDA.

In contrast, the Digital Assets operating segment recorded a net loss of $25 million and negative $9 million in adjusted EBITDA. Treasury & Corporate holdings expanded significantly, with net digital assets and investments reaching approximately $1,700 million at the end of the third quarter, up from $1,200 million in the previous quarter.

Capital Expenditure and Future Outlook

Galaxy continues to invest heavily in physical infrastructure, reporting $757 million in Data Centers capital expenditure during the third quarter. The company stated that the Helios I, Phase II project is fully financed and currently under construction, with initial data-hall deliveries scheduled for the second quarter of 2027.

Meanwhile, market analysts within the firm continue to evaluate broader digital asset trends.
