Shifting Capital in Real-World Asset Tokenization
A joint report by RWA Foundation and Token Terminal covering the week of October 18 to 25, 2026, has recorded a local redistribution of capital in the real-world asset tokenization sector. While a decline in volumes was observed on Ethereum infrastructure, capital inflows and new investor interest shifted toward alternative blockchains.
The primary beneficiary of this trend was Solana, which experienced substantial growth within the tokenized funds segment. According to the data, the network attracted $453.5 million, representing 73 percent of the total inflow across the top 10 blockchains. Its closest pursuer, Stellar, added $124.5 million during the same period.
Meanwhile, figures for the XRP Ledger remained conservative. The network secured a position among the top 10 leaders, but its result was limited to $131,000, pointing to a notable gap in the pace of capital attraction compared to its peers.
Developments in Tokenized Stocks and Stablecoins
Parallel changes occurred in the tokenized stocks market, where Ethereum shed $26.0 million in market capitalization. The released liquidity migrated toward BNB Chain, which gained $135.9 million, and Solana, which added $55.8 million.
Solana also led in the expansion of stockholder addresses by adding 114,600 wallets in seven days, while the Backpack platform registered 58,500 new addresses. Retail products from Binance, specifically bStocks and xStocks, accumulated nearly 94 percent of the segment's total monetary growth.
In the stablecoin market, issuance volumes and audience expansion rates showed distinct patterns. Issuer Paxos led in capital inflow with a capitalization growth of $249.8 million, distributed primarily across the Arc and Solana networks.
