Ripple And Arf Target The Short Funding Gap Behind Cross-Border Payments
Ripple has teamed up with Arf to leverage RLUSD and supply working capital to licensed payment businesses facing short-term funding gaps.

Bridging the Gap in Cross-Border Payments
A payment can move across a blockchain in seconds while the company delivering it remains short of cash for days. According to NewsBTC, Ripple's new arrangement with Arf directly targets this funding mismatch by using RLUSD to supply working capital to licensed payment businesses.
While blockchain technology allows transactions to settle almost instantaneously, traditional settlement processes often create liquidity bottlenecks. This new initiative aims to resolve the working capital shortages that hinder firms operating in the sector.
Expanding Ecosystem Developments
The collaboration with Arf forms part of a broader series of announcements from the Ripple ecosystem. As reported by U.Today, Arf co-founder Kazım Rıfat Özyılmaz is among the new speakers added to the upcoming Swell conference lineup in New York City.
In addition to the Arf partnership, recent developments include integrations with Cross River Bank to bring RLUSD onto its core banking platform. Meritz Securities also announced a partnership with Ripple to bring institutional-grade custody and tokenization to South Korea's capital markets.
