Blacksmith Valuation Reaches Milestone
Code-testing startup Blacksmith has achieved a $1 billion valuation following a $66 million Series C funding round led by Sequoia Capital, according to reports. The latest financial milestone comes approximately two months after the company secured a $45 million Series B round at a $550 million valuation.
The recent funding brings Blacksmith's total capital raised to approximately $124.5 million. The company's customer base expanded from approximately 700 to 800 clients in late 2025 to a range between 5,000 and 6,000 customers. Notable named users of Blacksmith's platform include Supabase and Expensify, while company headcount grew from about 10 employees to approximately 30.
