Stellar XLM Faces Bearish Signals as Double Death Cross Points to Support Levels
A closer look at Stellar XLM technical analysis reveals double confirmation death cross patterns and key support lines.

Death Cross Pattern Triggers Bearish Momentum
A recent Stellar XLM technical analysis indicates that the token is navigating a highly vulnerable market structure after falling from its October high close of $0.2370. The asset is currently trading at $0.1684, remaining near the bottom of its multi-week price range as sellers maintain dominant market control.
A double confirmation death cross has formed on the daily price chart. This technical pattern occurred as the 50-day moving average dropped below the 100-day moving average while trending toward the 200-day moving average situated near $0.19. Because all three major moving averages now sit above the current trading price, each technical line represents a layer of potential resistance against future upward rebounds.
Declining Volume and Key Support Boundaries
Throughout October, XLM surrendered key support thresholds at $0.19 and $0.18 without significant buying resistance. Lower recovery peaks have consistently emerged, with the latest short-lived bounce faltering near $0.187 before turning downward. Trading activity has simultaneously diminished during the drop, reflecting limited immediate buying interest, while the Relative Strength Index (RSI) hovers near 40.
Despite the downside pressure, historical support remains present around the $0.15 region, situated approximately 11% beneath current price levels. During August, buyers defended this exact boundary, sparking a sharp price advance that carried the token above $0.22. If price action breaks below the recent low of $0.167, a test of $0.15 becomes probable, with further downward risk extending to $0.14, a level previously traded in May. Conversely, bulls must reclaim $0.18 and breach the 200-day moving average near $0.19 to neutralize the prevailing bearish structure.
